We charge by the square foot in most cases. However every project is different so every single detail is important and affect to the price, if there is much to cut around like in bathroom or if its a staircase. As well as the type of wallpaper being installed as some take longer to install.
But a general guideline is $3 – $10 per sq.ft

There are a few times we may need to look at the work before we start:
-If it is a large scale project
-If there is some preparation work to be done before wallpapering such as existing wallpaper removal
-If there is an unusual layout for wallpapering i.e. many angles or a staircase

Wallpaper supply needs to be paid in full before your wallpaper will be ordered.
For some large scale wallpaper installation projects we may require a 10%-20% deposit. We would always notify you of this prior.

Most of our clients ( homeowners or designers) supply wallpaper and we only install.

All the wallpaper required complete smooth walls, with no any texture and primed using specific wallcovering primer.

Textured surfaces might require smoothing job as dust-less sanding or skim-coating depends on the texture and the wallpaper material

- We ask you to move fragile, breakable items, as well as taking down any curtains, tv's or shelves (if possible) ready for wallpaper.

We use a professional, commercial grade wallpaper adhesive on all our installs.
We guarantee our work when using this.
It is a strippable adhesive so when the time comes for removal it is easy.
